- Athletic training: full-body training for strength, endurance and flexibility — ideal as a complement to any sport.
- Archery Workshop: Find your inner calm and precision with this specialised training in concentration.
- Football (FLINTA) Open Play: Open play sessions in a safe space for FLINTA individuals.
- Soccer Skills and Play: improve your technique and understanding of the game in a relaxed training atmosphere.
- Golf: an introduction to the world of golf, including technique, posture, and your first swings.
- Parkrun Running Meetup: Run together, boost your motivation and become part of the Parkrun community.
- Road/Gravel Bike A+F: A group meet-up for anyone who enjoys riding road or gravel bikes. No instruction provided, but plenty of motivation from the group. Discover new routes, share experiences and enjoy riding with others.

Flat rates offer maximum flexibility for your training.

- Indoor and outdoor sports flat: free use of sports facilities for your individual training or spontaneous games.
